Are you 18+, living in Leeds, looking for a long term intensive intervention to help you achieve lasting recovery?

We offer:

• Regular one to one keyworker support
• Suppport in applying to residential detox and rehab services.
• Support in accessing local authority funding.
• A choice of various rehabs in different locations.
• Rehab preparation groups at Multiple Choice.
• Opportunities to meet people who have been through rehab themselves.

We work in partnership with NHS Leeds to provide access to residential detox, and with Leeds City council Adult Social Care to provide access to rehab.

The access to Residential Detox/Rehab service can help you along your own road to recovery.

If you are able to answer yes to all or most of the questions below you will be eligible for our service.

• I am 18+ and have lived in Leeds for at least 6 months.
• I am willing to engage in managing my substance use e.g. for heroin use, a script will be necessary prior to admission to detox.
• I am able to manage my emotional, mental and physical wellbeing pretty well.
• I have some support from someone who is helping me with my recovery.
• I have some understanding of what I can expect from rehab.
• I have an idea of what goals I want to achieve in my life.
• I am committed to putting in the effort required to realise my own recovery.

The preparatory work necessary for access to residential detox/rehab takes place in our city centre premises at Marquis House, next door to the Eastgate Job Centre.
