We offer:
- Dedicated one to one keyworker support
- Contact points away from drug services in a community setting which suits you
- Support in accessing education, training, volunteering and/or
employment opportunities
- The choice to address specific goals which are important to you
- Opportunities to meet people who can offer support through e.g. NA, SMART Recovery and peer support.
The Aftercare Service can help you along your own road to recovery.
If you are able to answer yes to all or most of the questions below, you will be eligible for our service.
- I am 18+ and have a Leeds postcode.
- I have somewhere safe and stable to live.
- I have managed to stop using substances, or my substance use is stable at a low
level which does not have a negative impact on the rest of my life.
- I have some support from someone who is helping me with my recovery.
- I have some clear ideas about what will help me most with my own recovery.
- I am able to manage my emotional, mental and physical wellbeing.
- I am positive and optimisitc about my own recovery.
Initial meetings with our Aftercare workers will take place at your current service, or at Multiple Choice or Community Links premises, but after that you will meet your worker
away from services, in a community setting which suits you.
