| Volunteers are recruited 3-4 times each year and undergo 12 induction sessions over a period of 6 weeks (see below). This comprises a toolkit of essential skills and information for volunteers, and forms the comprehensive grounding necessary to build confidence and knowledge for working in the health and social care sector. |
